Each Motel Unit and Cabin is priced to accommodate a designated number of people.
If space allows each additional person over the designated number will be charged an additional $25.00 per night, plus any applicable twin size air mattress fees.

Some rooms are able to accomodate either a microwave or a small refrigerator for a $10.00 rental fee, for your entire stay (if available).
Twin size air mattresses or a pak-n-play (if available) for a $10.00 rental fee for the 1st night and a $5.00 rental fee for each additional night.
You are guaranteed a reservation on all motel units with a one night deposit using MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
Cancellation policy requires a minimum of 7 days notice on motel units, otherwise deposit will not be refunded

We offer 8 Cabins that sleep from two to six, all but two are located on the banks of the Pemigewasset River.
These 8 Cabins are named after the 8 huts that are located on the Appalachian Trail in the White Mountian National Forrest.
